  1. Keep in touch with your customers to maintain good working relationships.

Your customers will be happier with your work when you communicate with them regularly. We recommend having a face-to-face meeting with all of your customers at least once a month. Your customers will know how much you appreciate working with them. You will also get a better sense of their cleaning needs so your franchise can offer a customized clean every time. When you communicate with your clients, you built rapport with them.
